October Meeting: Kokedama

Kokedama or "moss ball" is an elegant form of Japanese garden art where a plants roots are skillfully crafted to make a striking focal point. Stacey is the Director of the Beaver Heritage Museum and a Special Interest Educator. This hands on program will offer participating members (for a fee) the chance to create their own kokedama to take home. Members choosing not to participate will have the opportunity to watch & learn the process. Materials will be provided except for the live plants. Stacey will recommend the best plants to use. This program is a lecture and hands on demonstration with members participation. 

This meeting will take place at the Seven Fields Community Center at 10am.
